The Think 111 Campaign

Please advise people to contact NHS111 first to access the appropriate treatment if they need to be referred to MIU or other urgent care settings after contacting the pharmacy.

Do not refer patients directly to the minor injury units (MIU) but advise people to contact NHS111 first.

The Think 111 poster is to act as a reminder to pharmacy staff to advise people to contact NHS 111 first if they need to refer people to MIU or other urgent care settings .
