Antimicrobial Resistence

Antimicrobial Resistence

October 17, 2017

As you know, antimicrobial resistance not only affects people’s health but increases healthcare costs too. There are national targets to halve antibiotic prescribing by 2020.

Health Education England wants to make sure that every health and care worker has the information they need to use antimicrobials appropriately.

Lots of educational resources and training is available, but it can be hard to make changes in practice. Health Education England wants to know from clinicians, educators, and others working in health and care what works well and not so well, to ensure we all know about antimicrobial resistance.

Please take 5-10 minutes to share your experiences in this anonymous survey: https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/L3YV7Q3

We would love to hear from you by 3rd November.

Your feedback will influence the information and support Health Education England provides in future.

Please circulate this link to your colleagues and throughout your networks so we get us much feedback as possible to shape next steps.

If you wish to provide further information or to be involved in a telephone survey, please email: Antonio.DeGregorio@hee.nhs.uk.
